Scanheat 2025 A/S

I have bought and had an air to air heat pump installed by Scanheat. Up until the actual installation, everything was fine, good communication, service, etc. On the actual day of installation, the installer first of all arrives late and then speaks incredibly bad Danish. He starts by drilling into the window lintel, even though I have just stood there and told him that it is reinforced. He installs the indoor unit itself without centering it over the window, which would be quite obvious and clearly the nicest thing. He installs EVERYTHING else either very crooked or wrong. For example, the outdoor unit is only mounted with three bolts instead of four and sits completely loose, like several other parts. Really poor work! When the installer is finished, he leaves everything behind, which means brick dust and debris in the living room, red brick dust everywhere on our tiles, in the window, etc. I have never experienced anything like this. I spend over an hour myself cleaning up, acidifying the tiles, etc. and of course flatly refuse to have their incompetent installer come out again. Scanheat subsequently sends me a gift certificate for 500 to Cirkel K, which is little consolation, but gives me an extra star. However, I cannot recommend Scanheat!

We had a heat pump installed in the house, as we have underfloor heating. Underfloor heating is not something you can just turn up and down, so we use the heat pump on days when the temperature changes. Last summer it was also allowed to cool down a bit when it got too hot inside. So for us it is a positive experience to have done business with Scanheat. We also had solar cells installed earlier, and despite the government's changes in legislation, they continue to deliver electricity.

My wife and I have dealt with Scanheat several times, and I must say that the whole process has been a pleasure. From sales, delivery, installation and subsequent service. All in all, a great experience.

In the fall of 2018, I had a Panasonic Air/Air heat pump installed in my summer house. I am actually satisfied with the pump's performance and communication. Less satisfied with the fact that the pump is installed on 2 concrete blocks, despite the order stating it was installed on a steel frame. I have contacted Scanheat about this. The agreement was that Scanheat would not receive payment before this defect was rectified. The amount was not surprisingly deducted from my account in November 2018. Scanheat could then at least refund the amount for the steel frame. This has not happened to date. In addition, the system was installed by a company called: Mr. Cool, who was incredibly arrogant and arrogant. He installs white plastic trays on a black wooden house, and is generally sloppy and poorly executed. Black and gray plastic trays are available for the same use, but not from Mr. Cool. I cannot recommend Scanheat as a supplier of heat pumps. Instead, use Climatek Partner, Haderslev, who does perfect work. Stig Bramm

It is very rare to meet such service-minded and qualified staff as I have experienced at Scanheat A/S. I was lucky enough to come into contact with a young guy named André - who was professionally and qualifiedly able to answer all technical questions without hesitation. Deeply impressive! I can only recommend them, and would be happy to shop there again.
