In 2024, we had Morten as a buyer's agent on a purchase of a decommissioned farm, and he has our warmest recommendations. He both negotiated the purchase price down considerably and ensured that the administrative and legal aspects were in place. His advice and guidance have been invaluable before, during, and after the purchase. We moved from abroad to Denmark, and that made the process a bit complicated, but Morten contributed with explanations and expertise all the way. His input on what we should be aware of and how different documents should be read and understood has been a great help. In addition, we ran into a communicatively challenging seller, and Morten navigated it professionally, clearly and soberly.

I had actually thought that I would negotiate myself when I was going to buy a house, so choosing Morten as a buyer's advisor was a bit of a spontaneous decision. But I haven't regretted it! Morten, with his calm, Jutlandic manner, managed to negotiate the seller down in three rounds, so we ended up with a total discount of 245,000. It was for a small, fairly new house on Samsø, including a neighboring plot that made up half of the garden, and the seller wanted far too much. The house had only been on the market for about 2 months. I would hardly have achieved such a large discount myself. And Morten also just helped to make a stressful and somewhat confusing process easier to be in. I can highly recommend Morten.
