Aarhus Painter

We had a room in our apartment renovated, Jakub and his team painted the walls, ceiling, and sanded the wooden floor. They also changed the sockets and moldings. All in all, really neat and beautiful work, and very professional and clear communication.

We initially had a good experience with Jakub/Aarhus Maler, they were punctual and ready to get started. The communication seemed honest and professional, and he was responsive to our wishes – we were actually so satisfied that we chose to expand the project and have extra work done by repairing cracks around windows and joints at the wall/ceiling, following Jakub's recommendation. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly over time. A few months after the extra work was done, the joints at the windows and between the walls and ceiling started to crack again and look ugly. When we contacted Jakub/Aarhus Maler, he simply replied that it was to be expected because the house "settles". However, this was in direct contradiction to what he said before the job was done, where he assured us that it could be repaired and made nice again. We paid several thousand kroner for a solution that unfortunately turned out to be temporary and ineffective. After a year we are faced with exactly the same problem as when we took over the house, joints that are cracking and walls around windows that are ugly and dented – and we honestly feel that the money has been wasted. What we were promised did not last, and we feel taken by the nose. In addition, there have been language barriers, which have made communication difficult and sometimes characterized by misunderstandings. All in all, we unfortunately have to say that we cannot recommend Jakub/Aarhus Maler. The final result does not live up to what we were promised, and there has been no willingness to take responsibility when the problems returned. Very disappointing.

We have had a house painted inside in Randers by Aarhus Maler. There is only good to say, the schedule was followed, the communication was top notch and the work was perfect. Furthermore, they were extremely flexible in terms of planning. Thanks to Jakub and the rest of the team.

Our association used Aarhus Painter to paint 25 garden sheds and various fences. Jakub was very careful to inspect/assess the job so that he could give a reasonable offer. The painting work was done very nicely. The painters were very careful and hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They also covered up nicely so that no paint got on adjacent areas. Jakub always responded quickly to inquiries, and agreed times, tasks and prices were fully adhered to. We enjoy the beautiful work and give Aarhus Painter the best recommendations.
