We ordered an order on Monday #8291 that says 1-3 days delivery time? Today is Sunday and nothing heard or seen, apart from an automatically generated order confirmation on Monday. They have already exceeded what they promise, and their reviews on Trustpilot do not look promising. Email sent and looking forward to receiving my order asap. He subsequently makes the same excuse as we can see in other reviews - the item is on backorder, but the money has been deducted from our account. He asks us to remove our review, but we want our money refunded first, and it will be in our account 3 days later. However, we have chosen to file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Agency, as he does not comply with the Marketing Act and normal good practice in a webshop. A week later we receive a package with DAO to our home address? We have chosen to refund it at our own expense, as the order has been canceled and we have received our money back. We cannot recommend Billigskadedyr.dk
