Bach VVS ApS

I contacted Bach VVS to get a quote for fixing problems with high temperature heating. I was asked to send pictures of my current system, and they then contacted me and told me what might be wrong, 1-2 valves were defective. I'm not the type to work with maybes, so I asked if they wouldn't come out and find out what's really wrong and give me a quote for this. Here they were told that both the PM regulator and the RAVK valve were defective, and the pressure difference meter was probably also defective, but they could only test that when the other thing was done. They therefore recommended that I replace the entire district heating unit with a new one for around 30,000. During the visit, neither the water was turned on nor the circulation pump for the heating was turned on. I turned the offer over to an acquaintance, who thought I should get a second opinion, since it was extremely rare for so many things to be broken at the same time. I got another local plumber to look at it, he just thought it was the PM regulator that needed to be replaced and that was all, so I asked him directly what he thought about the RAVK valve and pressure difference, after which he tested it, turned on the underfloor heating and checked the heating and found no faults. Bach VVS was also significantly more expensive and wanted 6500 for replacing the PM regulator, against 4650 at the other plumber. A price difference for the same work. Since I did not accept this expensive offer, I received an invoice for a service visit. I had not ordered a service visit, but an offer for repairs, and was not informed about this, despite a disagreement about this with Bach VVS.
