Terrible website. I signed up for the 1-day subscription to connect with someone offering a sublet. I did not notice that their policy implies that if you do not cancel within that day, the next day you are charged with their monthly subscription (VERY EXPENSIVE!). Although I understand this is stated in their terms and conditions, I believe it is normal for similar websites to do a reimbursement if it is clear that this is not what you intended. Moreover, no warning was given about this change, which is a common practice across websites. I reached out, explained the situation, but they were not willing to provide a reimbursement. I think this is one of the worst customer services I came across. Please BoligPortal provide a reimbursement.
SCAM - do not use them, all they do is scam customers and try to catch you in auto-renewal. There are so many better options out there. STAY AWAY from this scam.
Waste of time and money..I paid 399 kr for 2 messages that I didn't even get a reply to..I wrote to 3 apartments, 2 of which I didn't even get a reply..Don't waste your money paying because you don't get a reply. Many ads I don't even think are valid are just posted, its just the subscription is paid...
I signed up for a 24-hour plan, but the website automatically subscribed me to a monthly plan and charged me 399 kr without my noticing. The following month, they charged another 399 kr even though I never received any service. I asked them to cancel the subscription and issue a refund, but they refused and said they never make refunds. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this site it scammed me. So Please be careful if you decide to use it.
I recently signed up for a 3-day trial, after which I was charged 350 DKK per month for six months without my knowledge or consent. I find it unacceptable to be billed without clear and explicit communication about ongoing charges. Additionally, it is unreasonable to require users to pay simply to contact landlords. This practice feels both misleading and unfair to customers.
