Back in 2023, I had a dialogue with a young woman from Danbolig Aarhus City regarding the sale of my apartment in Ceres Byen. The interest rate was high and the entire housing tax situation was at its peak. In the dialogue, I explain that I bought the apartment back in 2018 for an attractive amount, to which she says "well, at least you haven't lost on it". She simply suggested that I sell the apartment for what I had bought it for. I was deeply shocked by the very unprofessional handling and valuation of my home. I knew what my home was worth and went to Nybolig instead. They sold it in 1.5 months for DKK 425,000 above Danbolig's valuation. To this day, I am still shocked by such unprofessional and impersonal handling. I would not choose them.
