No help available either when I had problems during and after setup in 2022. Paid almost 200,000kr Really regretted choice of supplier
No warranty or support Once the system and components are paid for, there is no contact, support or warranty. I only give one star because it is a deliberate action by the seller. I have a complaint about two solar cells within the warranty period (a relatively small amount) but there is no response by phone or SMS, sometimes you can hear that the phone is picked up and hung up again immediately. It is very frustrating and annoying. I have heard the same thing from another customer. If only you got an email that they would respond within a given period
Good and competent advice, painlessly finding the right solution and getting all specifications in place. Problem-free installation, and the system runs as it should. All in all, a really good experience.
