Trying to cheat when invoicing. We had the glass replaced in a punctured Velux window. When creating the task, we provided the code GGL M08. The fitter from Tilst Glas came out, but had to leave again because he had ordered a pane for GGL M08 but with the wrong thickness of the glass. We never provided the thickness of the glass, only the dimensions of the window (GGL M08). Unfortunately, Tilst Glas tried to invoice us for extra working time + excess pane, even though it was clearly their fault that they had not checked the thickness of the glass. We had a clear agreement on the price, which they tried to evade.

Fast delivery and good price, recommended
Very bad experience. Had ordered a new window. Promised delivery a week later. No window arrived. Called and reminded for it. They will see if they can find the order. Want to hear more. After 4 days we still haven't heard anything. Called them again. They apologized they had forgotten and would call again the next day. 3 days later without having heard from them we called again to say they can forget about it completely and we will find a new place. If the answer is negative then they can just throw the window in the container. The pipe will be slammed shut. Very unserious company.
