I had a problem with my LG refrigerator, the service person who came had a clear idea of how to fix the problem, it was fixed and my refrigerator is working perfectly again. It was easy to book a time that suited me. About 45 minutes before the employee arrived I received a text message about when he expected to arrive This is definitely a company I can recommend and will contact again the next time I have problems with one of my appliances
My Siemens washing machine didn't work, so Malte came and found the fault, ordered the spare part and came the following week and replaced it. Now it works as it should. Very satisfied with the friendly and fast service.

My dishwasher had not been working (heating) for a while and of course it irritated me. I wrote to Fair Hvidevareservice and a repairman came and replaced a heating element, but had forgotten a heat sensor. It was replaced a few days later by another repairman and everything is now working again. Super service and good communication between customer and company. Can be recommended.
