Very unprofessional way of handling problems! Called to get a washing machine fixed, asking politely when could this happen and on average what would be the price range for the problem that I was having. He answered rudely and with no motivation to fix anything, didn't even know what the problem in the washing machine I was referring to. I haven't trief the service but if the first interaction is this poorly I can't imagine the work that might be delivered.
Be careful guys they are all big scammers I booked this service through gorenje Customercare for washing machine repair with in 15 min he spent and he told me no problem in machine it was installation problem he charge 1770 kr
I was scammed, so be careful. They are totally incompetent. The technician fiddled with my oven for almost an hour without repairing it. Worse - she ill-advised me to buy spare parts I did not need. Luckily, it was clear she lack expertise so I called another service. They fixed it in 15 min. for half price. Mind that Hvidevare service charge per minute with no consideration of the final results of their work. I complained and offer to pay the visit but not additional minutes. They bluntly ignored my complaint and send me a reminder with full price, threatening with penalties if I don't pay all the sum.
