Super helpful when picking out fixtures for our reno. Beautiful choices too.
👍
Absolutely disappointed with customer service. I have made large order for whole bathroom, made it clear some items will be returned as we purchase multiple solutions not knowing what will fit, to which I have been told it’s completely fine and I received a small discount. Now upon returning those duplicate items this small discount was removed and the arguments used was “this is how we do it”. Well this kind of treatment to customers who are being led on is absolutely unfair and multiple contrary things are being said depending on who you talk to from the company… whether is is technical solution, or price/discount, or returning items. Really unreliable and unreasonable service.
Excellent (friendly and helpful) customer service! ❤️
Perfect service, great, and beautiful design, the place to go
