D 1/9-2025 We bought 2 new toilets here at Bad & Stil on Østerbrogade. We have now had them for a few months and are very happy with them. Seems like a super good quality. (The model is: The Class TC09). We got good service in the store and nice guidance. We ordered them online when they were on sale with a 50% discount. We can definitely recommend the company and also the product we bought.

Absolutely disappointed with customer service. I have made large order for whole bathroom, made it clear some items will be returned as we purchase multiple solutions not knowing what will fit, to which I have been told it’s completely fine and I received a small discount. Now upon returning those duplicate items this small discount was removed and the arguments used was “this is how we do it”. Well this kind of treatment to customers who are being led on is absolutely unfair and multiple contrary things are being said depending on who you talk to from the company… whether is is technical solution, or price/discount, or returning items. Really unreliable and unreasonable service.
