4/5 stars Had a complaint about a bathroom shelf after almost 2 years. Got in touch with customer service without waiting and they processed the complaint friendly, quickly and without fuss. When I deduct a star from the review it is only because I would have preferred it to have been unnecessary to complain at all.
Bought an Enköping 40 washbasin made of composite plastic. The design of the washbasin means that there is always water on the countertop. The design of the washbasin with all its corners and nooks makes it practically impossible to clean. Limescale becomes evident very quickly on this material. We now have to throw away the washbasin for a small 8000,- + installation costs for a craftsman after just 2 months, because it has just become ugly and impractical, and it is only getting worse. Have tried to talk to Copenhagenbath about the above, and they will not even acknowledge that there may be something to talk about. Therefore: avoid this place and their impractical products.
