I recently visited the Mission Africa Genbrug store, Nørregade, Aalborg, on Friday, May 15th at 5:10 p.m., where I was greeted by a locked door. I stood there watching other customers scan in while I was excluded from the store. It is an incredibly exclusionary experience that creates an A and B team of customers. I have an Autism Spectrum Disorder, which means that I have a great need for structure and predictability. I wear the Sunflower Cord because I have challenges with long latency, time blindness, and am quickly overwhelmed by unmanageable technical requirements in public spaces. I have mobilPay and a Visa card Here are the barriers your current system creates for me: Unease with QR scanning: I am generally very insecure about having to scan QR codes. It is an unpredictable process, and I have previously experienced standing at your door with a faulty camera on my phone, which made it impossible to get in. Requirements for the MitID app: I use a physical MitID code reader, which is always safely stored at home in my apartment. Since I never have it with me, I can never visit your store spontaneously during self-service hours. Unmanageable opening hours: The time with personal staffing (Mon. and Wed. 11:00-14:30) is very short. It is incredibly difficult to make it fit with my own calendar and daily structure when it is only open a few hours in the middle of the day. The system is so cleverly built that if I need help, others physically open the door, no one is allowed to let me in. It keeps me away from your discriminatory store, when it is so difficult to get in. You are disgusting

We called Lars when we had problems with our door. An hour later he was there. Lars is always smiling and helpful. So a big recommendation from here.

We are really happy with the system, it just works so well. We have many satisfied customers. Greetings from a volunteer in the Church's Crusade Army
