We are a small housing association in Frederiksberg that had 40 old wooden filling doors replaced with new fire, environmental and security doors from the Nordisk Gruppen. I can highly recommend the steel security doors from the Nordisk Gruppen and the association's members have subsequently been very satisfied with both the doors' functions and their appearance. The agreements and schedules that the housing association and the Nordisk Gruppen agreed upon prior to the start of the work were fully adhered to. Measurement, delivery and installation went impeccably according to plan. There was good cooperation between the housing association, the craftsmen and the administration from the Nordisk Gruppen, where minor challenges that arose during the construction process were continuously followed up. Never buy a security door here, they claim that the door is fireproof and tight, but it is the exact opposite. I have bought and had a security door installed that is leaking and air is leaking in. The door handle makes a clanking noise at the same time, the door panels that are installed are gaping on one side and at the bottom are very close to the door, where the door is almost hitting it. The craftsman has been out twice to solve the problem but without a solution. The service is not to be praised, Christina, who is the director and responsible for this, refuses to take your calls and refers the matter to the factory. But refuses to act according to the Danish Sales Act. Documentation is available Sincerely, an dissatisfied customer.
Here in our cooperative of 175 cooperative members, we say thank you for a job well done and painless. From day 1, we have felt in good hands and have never been unsure whether it would work. Nordisk Gruppen has been responsible for everything, here I am thinking of letters to all residents and agreements made with all residents about replacing front doors. The residents and the board have been satisfied with their work. We have received some good and solid security / fire doors. We say thank you and can highly recommend this company
Ordered a security door after a thorough introduction in our Cooperative Association. The door was then put in place with care and attention. Here, a few days later - I can only learn that everything works as agreed. Noise out to the hallway is muted and I am a little nervous about the heating bill. Maybe the heavy and solid door can make a difference on this point. Can only recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Vh. frank
