We called late on Monday about getting some last minute sanding done, they were able to send someone out Wednesday morning. Extremely impressed by their great quality work, communications and help with our short notice. Floors look fantastic, i will definitely be recommending and using gulv master in the future. Cheers!
I have had the most beautiful floors made and even with a super fast process and execution, as I had a short time between taking over and moving in. Super good experience and I am very happy with the result!
I had amazing experience with Gulv Master, got my apartment new painting for living room and bedroom, which gave the place new vibe. Job was done in professional manner and painting looks great. Ordering was nice, service was amazing, when I needed help with paintings and with my choices. I got quickly price quote for the work which didn’t change, which I find fair and useful! The only thing that I would probably change would be if I knew earlier approximately how long painting will take and also when the job is done so I could check personally, but that’s detail.
Can definitely recommend Gulvmaster ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Martin and his team have been great all the way through and delivered a great result! There were even some minor flaws in the floor beforehand, which they offered to fix completely free of charge. Best regards A very satisfied customer!
Edit after Martin’s response: You clam to have been ar our place within one hour, that’s false, you never arrived. We booked floor sanding and treatment in advance, including a white tint, signed a contract, moved all our furniture, and even booked a hotel to accommodate the work schedule. On the day the job was supposed to start, 30 minutes after the agreed time, we called the contractor, Martin, and it turned out he had simply forgotten. After explaining that we had a hotel booked and everything cleared out, he agreed to come that day, but said he could not guarantee availability for the following days. This was despite the original agreement being four days of work with a scheduled gap in the middle. When my partner expressed understandable frustration, the contractor pointed to a “special circumstances” clause in the contract. A tip for the contractor: forgetting an appointment does not qualify as a special circumstance. These clauses are typically intended for events such as serious illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, or public transport strikes—unforeseeable and uncontrollable issues. They are also often included so insurance can cover client losses. Please do not use legal terminology without understanding what it actually means. In the end, we cancelled, as we haven’t felt comfortable working with Martin after this experience and chose a different company, Gulvkanoen, who we can definitely recommend.
