Power House København
Well-equipped modern gym in Copenhagen with excellent facilities but noise and class accessibility issues.
What customers love
- High-quality Hammer Strength equipment and machines
- Modern facilities with excellent atmosphere and design
- Spacious gym with 60kg dumbbells and varied equipment
Worth noting
- Noise from dropped weights violates city noise regulations; management dismissive of residents

I live above power house. This gym is a disaster. The powerlifters that go here have no respect for anyone other than themselves, the clientele parks bikes directly in front of the doors that lead to the resident apartments, even though there are signs indicating not to do so. The incredible weight that some of these powerlifters work with can be heard when they drop them regularly to the ground—From five floors above. When the management was confronted about the incredible disruption to our lives because of huge weights regularly dropping on the floor and shaking the building, the management said we were hearing things, and that it wasn’t actually happening. The city had to come out and test sound levels in our apartments, and they concluded what everyone already knew(but the fitness management would not acknowledge), that the banging of the weights violated city noise laws. They are rude. they are thoughtless. a business like this should not be permitted inside of a residence building. I am giving one star because I can’t give zero stars.
Just wanted to share my experience with reformer pilates here. To be fair, the space looks great, it's clean, the self check-in is fast, and having sparkling water on tap is awesome.

Unfortunately, I decided to leave for another gym before even finishing my class pack. They offer Level 1 classes once a week during the afternoon (the rest time slots are only level 2 and 3), which makes it really hard to adjust if you have an injury.

Also, the classes are 100% in Danish, even if you speak English to them, which is a letdown if you are only in Copenhagen short-term.

On top of that, the room has zero airflow or fans, so summer classes are brutal. The beds are placed at a weird angle so you can't see the teacher well, they canceled several of my classes last minute, and the bathrooms could definitely be cleaner.

Worth considering before you sign up.

Best gym I’ve seen in all of Europe.
Easily the best gym and equipment in Copenhagen. Small minus for the changing rooms and sometimes terrible music, but still a solid 5/5.
Super lækkert center. God stemning og fedt udstyr. Kommer helt sikkert igen :)
Vil glæde mig til prøve dette sted 💪🤗
Super godt center med hun kunne da godt lige sige at vi kunne have fået 7 dage gratis
