I ordered a bathroom deep cleaning service from HomeClean CPH, and I am extremely impressed with the experience. Freddy and Alex were both incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough. The bathroom was cleaned to perfection, and the result exceeded my expectations. They removed all the limescale and calcium deposits from the walls, floor tiles, and glass, making the bathroom look almost brand new. It was also a great advantage that they speak both English and Spanish. My girlfriend and I both speak Spanish, which made communication very easy and effective. I can highly recommend Freddy, Alex, and HomeClean CPH. I will definitely request Freddy and Alex again for my next cleaning service. Thank you for the fantastic work!

I opted to use painting service of Home Clean Service and was very happy with the fast response time and excellent quality of work. The communication around planning went smoothly and the painting was arranged within a week. The painter was very nice and competent and kept me updated throughout the duration of the work being done. Based on my experience, I would recommend them for sure.

I have been a customer of theirs for two years and.. I have been a customer of theirs for two years and am extremely satisfied. They do a really good job and are pleasant, decent people-exactly what is needed to feel confident and comfortable with their service.

Super disappointed - they charged over 4000 kr for 4 hrs move-out clean (2 cleaners) and the cleaning was incredibly poor. The shower was seemingly untouched, the walls and floors were not cleaned at all, the limescale was barely removed. The only thing close to ok was the oven, which also needed extra cleaning afterwards. 3 hours into the cleaning the cleaners asked me what to prioritise even if I had sent the priority list a couple days in advance. I also complained directly and they made no effort to rectify the situation, blaming it on my apartment being too dirty. This is such a cheap excuse for a cleaning company. You had photos in advance, 8 combined cleaning hrs and the apartment was actually not that dirty either, as I had already pre-cleaned it in preparation. When people pay 4300 DKK for a professional cleaning service, you should be better equipped and not say you could not remove the limescale in the shower because you did not have the right products (which is what the cleaner said). There was also a missing screw from the kitchen sink drain that I had to replace, the suction filter was both unclean and broken after the clean, but the cleaner said not too worry because the management company will need to replace those anyway. I of course got charged off of my deposit for these too. I can go on and on but honestly, it's not worth more of my energy. All in all, a horrible experience and I felt scammed at the end of it. Stay away.
