We paid in advance and came in on Friday around 10:30. After 10 minutes our number was called and it took two minutes to get our document legalized. Very efficient.

Got an apostille of marriage certificate in just 2 min. Waited in queue for 5 min. You can pay in webshop in advance or do it in buro.
The lady who greeted me didn’t say hi and didn’t smile. She left with my documents without saying anything and left me to wait for an unknown amount of time. She ended up being more friendly upon returning my documents though. Anyhow, you do not need to pre purchase via their webshop prior to getting a legalization, but I’d recommend doing so, to speed up the process. You’ll be asked to do so when here, and they provide you with an iPad to do so. M
