We had a unknown leak from our kitchen sink which was evident in the flat below us. We had identified the origin of the leak and Ken was able to stop it and sort it out the issue. This occurred on a sunday, and Ken was with us within 20 mins of phoning. We do not speak Danish, but communication was possible.
