Great and professional service all around! We used ManageMyAir for the first time this Summer, renting out our big 2-family home in Gentofte for 5 weeks and they organized everything for us! They began with taking photos of the house (very professional photographer, who styled the rooms and making all the beds with white linen before shooting) and setting up our Airbnb account with good and accurate prescriptions of the house and the area around us. When the bookings starting ticking in, they handled all communication with the guests (and there is a lot!) – answering fast, very polite and service minded, which also continued all through the rental period, along with the practical to do's, with many guest arriving and leaving, giving us the opportunity to just relax and enjoy our Summer away. The cleaning and preparation before and during the rentals was amazing (our house was never this clean before!) and the whole team around the owner Cheryl is just so sweet and professional. We never regret spending the extra money on letting ManageMyAir in charge of our house (there is so much work we never thought about when you are renting out your place) and have no doubt that the high ratings and many bookings on our Airbnb profile is due to their expertise!
