The apartment was rented to us with a clogged sink. We reported the issue within the first 14 days after moving in, as required. Despite multiple inquiries by phone, email, and through their website, the problem has not been resolved. It has now been TWO MONTHS without a fix. This situation is disappointing, especially considering that the defect was present from the first day of tenancy.
If you see norse property management try to find something else if possible. They became our providers on 3rd of January. Every time they sent the bill I pay them immediately. Every bill. Now all sudden In getting a bill that ‘you did not pay this and that and send us 5000 dkk’ in 5 days like sone kind of scam would. About stuff never been asked. This is how this company seems to handle cases. Update: Since then they either ignore messages or just try to get any possible way out if any responsibility they may have. Horrible experience
As an American who is trying to move to Denmark, worst experience ever! I will file a complaint about discrimination. You can NOT ignore people based on their nationality!
This has to be the most incompetent property management company there is. They have zero control over anything – it’s all over the place. No communication, no responsibility, no solutions. It’s pure incompetence wrapped in indifference. You’re wasting your time and money on people who have no idea what they’re doing. Totally unprofessional and unprofessional – NEVER choose them if you want to avoid constant irritation and chaos.”
Currently living in a property managed by NORSE. They don't answer emails, and are hard to get a hold off by phone. Terrible service whatsoever. I would give 0 stars if i could.
