It has been a Kafka´s experience to be a customer of LE34. We started with a price of 20,000 DKK. But ended up with bills of +70,000 DKK. The Land Registry rejected their submissions 4 times. The first time because they swapped two apartments in their application. The next times due to sloppiness. We ended up with a construction project that was 5 months late, and a huge extra bill for interest to the bank, property tax, etc. I would strongly recommend others to use another company. Using LE34 will be a disaster!
