Practice for experience, tour was actually good. However incredibly disappointing after having been to an open house and handed in a purchase agreement, at the same time as having written online. No response to email back... it must be done more professionally, with at least an email back. Was at an open house at Langgade for a share where there were many people, therefore you expect min. response/rejection to email.
I sold my apartment through Nicolai and his team at Estate - top class experience for all parties. This is not the last time I buy and sell a home through them. If I could give them more stars, they would have.
