Som udlejer har min erfaring med Home Connector boligudlejning været ekstremt positiv. Deres professionalisme, engagement og omfattende service har gjort udlejningsprocessen enkel og effektiv. De har sikret mig pålidelige lejere og håndteret alt fra markedsføring til administration af lejemålet. Home Connector har virkelig lettet byrden ved at være udlejer og skabt en tryg og givende oplevelse. Jeg kan varmt anbefale deres tjenester til andre udlejere, da de virkelig ved, hvordan man skaber værdi og tillid i boligudlejningsbranchen.

Many thanks to Christoffer from Home Connector for the great effort in handling the rental of our detached house. We wanted an agency with great transparency and the whole process has been incredibly easy and fast.

Lack of seriousness. One thing is that the market in Copenhagen is difficult, another thing is that they agree on a visit to an apartment during business hours and it turns out they do not appear and the showing is cancelled without a previous note. Definitely not the company you want to work with to find a home. Not recommendable.

I have to say that my experience with Home Connector has been amazing. From the very first e-mail sent to me to the key pick-up (& inspection), Maiken has been there for me, available and ready to help. I had been searching for an apartment for 2 months here in Copenhagen and happened to stumble upon Home Connector's website and applied for a few apartments. They got in contact with me 1 day after (which is super rare here) and already invited me for an apartment viewing on the following Monday. The whole process from apartment viewing to contract signing took less than 2 weeks!!! Just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Maiken & the Home Connector Team. Thank you for your help & wish you all the best for future rentals! :) 100% recommend if you are looking for an apartment in CPH!

A house was listed on their website in Vestamager. We were told initially that an appointment will be made for showing the apartment if the owner feels that there is a profile match, which is fair. We had shared our profiles as well. A few weeks later we were told to come for the screening .The screening happened on a weekday during working hours and both of us took the day off to visit the place as we had liked the photographs of the house. We confirmed our interest post the viewing. The next day we are told by the agent that the owner does not see a match. mind you, the owner has never seen us and the decision would have been taken entirely on the basis of the profile. If the agent had done her job right and made the owner screen our profile beforehand , we needn't have wasted out time travelling for 2 hours. Quite a bad experience as the agency does not value the time of customers.
