I have absolutely no idea how this company is rated so highly. I've stayed in 1 star hostels while backpacking which have better amenities than this apartment. None of the people who actually run or manage this place have lived a single day in the apartments and it really shows. Below is a list of issues that came with this apartment which cost ~20.000 DKK /month which was advertised as a "serviced apartment"

1) one set of linens (wth?). Things are in the wash? Tough luck
2) no washing machine nearby. I was fortunate enough to have access to one. But I had to trek across the city and waste so much freaking time carrying clothes, wet towels, and sheets across the city. The most egregious part is that they literally have TWO gigantic empty spaces in the kitchen where washing devices are supposed to go!
3) no dishwasher. first day here? Ordered some food and used some utensils? Well better hope that rinsing with water is OK! No dish soap or even paper towels to begin with! Oh, not to mention, a SINGLE roll of toilet paper. Pure corporate greed, plain and simple. I don't get why you'd give me a toilet brush and a sponge without also giving me some sort of Putzmittel as well. It's an extra €6 per visitor. Are your margins that tight?
4) the faucet stinks of stale water if you leave it alone for a while. This is incredibly unhygienic and probably violates atleast one health code
5) no drying rack for utensils! I swear to god I've spent more time cleaning in this apartment that actually doing stuff during my first week in Copenhagen
6) electronic door randomly shuts off. They make a note to have the keys on you at all times... Well then why the hmmm is there an electronic lock? Ran downstairs to get delivery and tried to open the lock? Well, better hope you're connected to the wifi or it's a 40 min wait for someone to let you in!!
7) the bathroom is a complete wet room. There is a zero percent chance for the average person to be able to use this bathroom without getting their feet wet. ZERO. I blocked off half the area with a towel, but that reduced my total towel count by 50%. Remember that bs with the washing machine. Yeah. Good luck.
8) I don't know how you manage to mess up a fridge, but the suction is so badly maintained that opening and closing a fridge drags the entire fridge towards you. This is a serious hazard. Pull hard enough and I don't doubt it will topple on you.
9) incredibly spotty wifi router. The amount of times I've looked down at my phone and realized the wifi has silently disconnected and forced me into LTE has been staggering. People that are new to the continent might be in for a very fun data bill

Look Movinn, I spent most of my life in shitty hostels while traveling. Atleast they had the foresight to charge me what they thought they were worth. I normally only leave reviews when I really like something. I can count on one hand the number of 1 stars I've left where I've actually been this pissed.

Whoever is in charge of the furnishings of this apartment should really be forced to spend a week in each apartment before being allowed to put it up for an offer. You need to realize that the people that are moving in to your apartment are usually new to the city and most likely don't have the time to worry about all these small things. Yes, all of my issues can be solved by either spending money or time. But the solution to an overpriced and/or bad offering is not to spend your time or money to make it better. Do better.

Edit: few days later. Locked out once more. No answer on the supposed emergency contact at 1945 on a Thursday. Great.

I recently relocated to Aarhus, Denmark, and had the opportunity to stay in a serviced apartment provided by Movinn A/S. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The apartment was fully equipped with all essential amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The bi-weekly cleaning service was consistent and thorough, and the overall maintenance of the property was excellent.

What stood out most was the responsiveness and professionalism of the Movinn team. Even during unexpected situations, support was readily available and handled with great care. I’d especially like to thank Jakob Thye, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

I highly recommend Movinn A/S to expats and anyone in need of high-quality temporary accommodation in Aarhus.

Movinn was a lifesaver when myself and my partner moved to Copenhagen and had to find an apartment quickly. We always found the company very professional and responsive. In addition, the apartment was a very fair price and in good condition. We ended up staying there for a year and a half and really enjoyed living there. I would highly recommend them.

Moving to Copenhagen was initially quite stressful for a few months due to the housing situation, it was very hard to find a place, but everything changed when I found Movinn (I wish I just went straight away with Movinn when I arrived in Copenhagen). They provided me with a comfortable, fully equipped home/room. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and included everything I needed to compensate the stress of moving to a new city - cleaning services, comfortable bed, TV in the room, and a well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking.

The location was also excellent, making it easy to settle into life in the city. The social interactions with other housemates was also nice when you don't know anybody yet. What I thought would only be a temporary stay of a few months turned into over a year because it felt comfortable to live there. Movinn made my transition to Copenhagen much smoother and less stressful.

The service was also very good, the staff was always friendly and helpful/reactive/responsive when any concerns or issues. Great experience, and would recommend, especially when you first arrive to Copenhagen!

I have been staying with Movinn for a few years now. 2 cities and 3 apartments later but alas my time with them is at an end. I have only superlatives the team at Movinn and specifically for Eva Nyeng, Client & Relation Manager. She has been absolutely awesome and so helpful. I will use Movinn services again for certain and of course I’d highly recommend.

My wife and I rented an apartment from Movinn via AirBnB and were disappointed with the property we found. The main problem was that the apartment was uncomfortably hot, even after airing with the window and balcony doors left open for several hours overnight. It was also very loud, due to the nearby metro line.

We contacted Movinn and complained about the apartment. After a phone call, we were happy that they took our complaints seriously and agreed to provide a full refund.

I have lived in an apartment near Bella centre. The apartment was clean, nice, and located in a convenient central location. I enjoyed my stay. Overall, renting to handing over the apartment was smooth.
