I have been deceived and lied to directly by Kenneth Kapsch regarding Gråbrødretorv 4A, 1 He can't even admit that he deliberately rejected an offer for the apartment at full price with the reference that I had to wait for the open house on Sunday. Now it has suddenly been sold. I can't imagine that the process is according to current real estate agent guidelines and one gets the feeling that it has been sold to someone below market price since the owner is under guardianship of the municipality. I can only warn against this company. They are deeply untrustworthy and 100% liars.
