They are terrible. They won't answer my emails on the grounds that they are busy and will get to my message at some point. But when they then wrote to me independently of my messages and asked me to send a claim against Lauritz, they replied in 2 days. However, despite the fact that I have paid during reconstruction and should therefore be insured under Section 94, paragraph 2, which I also wrote to them. Then they sent me a debt book number under Section 97, which unjustifiably sends me to the back of the queue. And do they bother to answer me now? Even though I have made them aware of the error? What a joke. And they have sold my weapon, God help me, once again to another party...
Extremely unprofessional and messy. Especially the secretary Susanne who seemed very confused and rude. It took almost 2 months for this law firm to sign a purchase contract for a real estate transaction. First, the secretary gave the papers to the wrong person who crossed out the signature and wrote something by hand that was illegible, when finally the right person signed the agreements, they demanded that I sign and pay the money for the property in just a few days even though I had already signed two months earlier and the secretary completely ignored me. I had to drive 250 km one way from Sweden for this. In addition, they tried to force me to store and be responsible for handing over the old owner's belongings after the day of possession. To add salt to the wounds, the secretary tried to make the delay my fault because I did not want to accept all the absurd demands that were made against me afterwards. Extremely poorly managed by you and not at all under the conditions that were advertised for the property. Avoid these!!
The Attorney General, represented by Jeanette Løfberg, represents a building damage insurance company that is supposed to cover serious damage to our house. The case has been going on since 2019 and the Attorney General is acting extremely unsympathetically and primarily ensures that the case is delayed with major human and financial consequences. They generally do not respond to inquiries and to get an answer they have to be threatened with the Bar Appeals Board. The words on their website "to always demonstrate propriety in both word and deed" ring unusually hollow. Update November 7, 2022: We note that the Attorney General is still refusing to respond to inquiries, for example, our lawyer has contacted Jeanette Løfberg on July 5, August 5, August 12, September 13 and October 11, 2022 for an answer - and we are still waiting.
Good premises and employees who know what services are about. It must be nice to have their salary level.
Visited during Copenhagen cultural night. Seems like a really nice place, centrally located and housed within a very historic building from the second world war.
