Would have liked to give 0 stars. Completely miserable, lazy, flawed and sometimes threatening behavior. We have many examples from owners, partners and ourselves on the board. Everyone is welcome to write to our board EF Enghavevej 13-29 to have it elaborated.
My girlfriend and I can highly recommend Wantzin real estate lawyers, especially lawyer Denise Poulin Abrahamsen. We bought an apartment in Copenhagen in March 2021, and Denise was the lawyer on the purchase. In addition to ensuring good handling of the deed, land registration and other usual tasks associated with buying an apartment, Denise also demonstrated a very fast, efficient and resolute service that averted a lot of trouble. Specifically, Denise ensured that our bank approval was in place in less than a day, even though the bank stubbornly warned that it could take up to 4-5 days due to the Easter holiday. Without this sharp and resolute action, we might have lost the deal to other buyers. In addition, we found that the refrigerator and kitchen mixer tap did not live up to what was stated in the sales list, 14 days after the takeover. Denise assured us that we received good compensation from the seller. Denise was really good at handling the busy real estate agent, and was easy to get in touch with when we needed her. In terms of price, we found the fee quite reasonable, especially considering the great amount of work involved in the transaction. Regards, Daniel Askbo
They forgot to pay out 20,000kr from my mother's estate. It took them 7 years to pay out the money... I still haven't received it! They refuse to pay interest on the money deposited and claim they had to pay negative interest on it. They are real bandits. Refuse to communicate and hide behind walls and emails. Stay FAR AWAY from them!
Wzn cannot be recommended. They wag their own tail, and the board's tail. They are unable to inform, they refuse to communicate, fail to answer emails, and generally hide behind a thick wall. They refuse to follow through on all forms of dialogue and communication. So if you are a member of a cooperative, ask to have them exchanged. You can only get something better. When it comes to selling a cooperative apartment, they charge exorbitant fees for simple paperwork, and the follow-up is 12 days!! To transfer the sale price. A broker does it on the day or the day after. They have one employee who does it well, Camilla, the rest hide and will not be held accountable for their decisions.
