DL Døgnflyt

Super hurtig service på årets varmeste dag. Havde fået leveret en vaskemaskine af Power med ind/opbæring. De måtte desværre opgive at få maskinen op.<br><br>I stedet bestilte jeg DL som hurtigt kom og fik den gamle ned og den nye op. Betaling foregik nemt med MobilePay. Og så kvittere jeg med god anmeldelse og is.

Gik over alt forventning, super service

I do not usually write reviews but I have to say that I was impressed with this company, from the delivery of the boxes to the actual moving day where three people came to move my furniture and were very helpful and careful. Price wise they were very competitive and charged me what they promised. A special shout out to Mads and to Hasan for their help.

Teamet mødte op til tiden, arbejdede hurtigt og effektivt, og behandlede alle mine ting med stor omhu. De var samtidig venlige, hjælpsomme og tog sig tid til at sikre, at alt stod som det skulle, inden de kørte igen.<br><br>Prisen var fair, kommunikationen klar, og jeg følte mig tryg gennem hele processen. Jeg vil helt klart bruge Døgnflyt & Logistik igen næste gang jeg skal flytte – en virkelig pålidelig og serviceminded virksomhed!

I have mixed feelings from my moving experience. They were helpful in accommodating my schedule and budget, so initially I was optimistic.<br>The day of the move, they were more than 6 hours late coming to me because the previous customer wasn't even done packing. This delayed everything so much that I had to book a new train ticket and then sleep in a hotel and meet the movers the next day to finish the move. They gave me a discount, which I appreciated, but it's really not fair to make one customer suffer because another couldn't be bothered to get their act together.<br><br>During the packing of the truck, a box I explicitly pointed out as fragile was placed 2m on top of a pile of unsecured boxes and it immediately fell to the ground, completely destroying something that meant a lot to me and I can't easily replace. It was packed well, but nothing heavy and fragile could survive a fall like that. All the terms of the moving, including insurance, were spelled out in emails, but then they pointed out there was also a PDF that says there's a self-risk of 5000kr so too bad for me.<br><br>The movers themselves were hard workers and great guys to talk to. I appreciated their efforts.<br><br>If I were to use them again, I'd rent a car to transport my valuables and get contract wording about arrival time.

Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at bruge Døgnflyt til min flytning, og det var en super god oplevelse. Alt gik nemt og enkelt fra start til slut. Teamet var både venlige, professionelle og arbejdede effektivt. Mine ting blev behandlet med omhu, og hele processen var både hurtig og problemfri. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Døgnflyt til andre, der står og skal flytte!
