I do not usually write reviews but I have to say that I was impressed with this company, from the delivery of the boxes to the actual moving day where three people came to move my furniture and were very helpful and careful. Price wise they were very competitive and charged me what they promised. A special shout out to Mads and to Hasan for their help.

I have mixed feelings from my moving experience. They were helpful in accommodating my schedule and budget, so initially I was optimistic. The day of the move, they were more than 6 hours late coming to me because the previous customer wasn't even done packing. This delayed everything so much that I had to book a new train ticket and then sleep in a hotel and meet the movers the next day to finish the move. They gave me a discount, which I appreciated, but it's really not fair to make one customer suffer because another couldn't be bothered to get their act together. During the packing of the truck, a box I explicitly pointed out as fragile was placed 2m on top of a pile of unsecured boxes and it immediately fell to the ground, completely destroying something that meant a lot to me and I can't easily replace. It was packed well, but nothing heavy and fragile could survive a fall like that. All the terms of the moving, including insurance, were spelled out in emails, but then they pointed out there was also a PDF that says there's a self-risk of 5000kr so too bad for me. The movers themselves were hard workers and great guys to talk to. I appreciated their efforts. If I were to use them again, I'd rent a car to transport my valuables and get contract wording about arrival time.

Very professional, efficient and fair prices. I have used Døgnflyt & Logistik 4 times. Each time Daniel and Christian were very quick to answer with a quote and booking availabilities. The team has always been on time and are really good at communicating any updates along the way. I strongly recommend Døgnflyt & Logistik, for a safe and easy move !

Very professional from estimation process to moving everything to our new location and taking back the boxes. Also a real person behind making offers not a robot or untrained person. This helped a lot as we would otherwise chosen wrong size of the truck and number of boxes. The moving team is a mixed international team that speaks perfect English and very considerate in taking care of our last minute small but important requests. Thanks for making it comfortable for us as it can be a stressful process to relocate the entire house with an infant.

I have used Døgnflyt two times. Once to move my small business and once to move our family home. Customer service was very nice and I got responses to enquiries very fast. Movers were professional and helpful and did the job fast and efficiently. There was no damage to any of our belongings. Everything could be done in English, which was helpful. Can highly recommend this moving company and will use them again in the future if needed. 5/5
