Vi bestilte HC Andersen til en privat flytning fra Valby til Køge, og jeg havde egentlig set frem til at kunne skrive en positiv anmeldelse.<br><br>Desværre blev oplevelsen langt fra som håbet. Der var forsinkelser, og det virkede som om de unge flyttemænd havde alt for travlt til at passe ordentligt på vores ting. Resultatet var ødelagte porcelænsglas og skåle samt ridser i mit egetræsbord, hvilket er virkelig skuffende.<br><br>Det gør det endnu værre, at jeg stadig venter på kompensation – og har gjort det i lang tid nu uden nogen afklaring.<br><br>Det hele efterlader en trist og frustrerende oplevelse, som desværre kun kan ende på én stjerne.
TERRIBLE. The workers promised me Id be protected by their insurance against the damages they caused on my own very expensive and antique furniture which they completely broke and they did not.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE<br>The service was to move boxes and furniture between apartments within 25 mts. distance.<br><br>To start, the firm sublet the moving service to another firm (Jensen I believe) without notice. One man -"the boss"- and two young freelancers came (late) after another shift, so they were tired and slow. The boss left after 1 hour, so the other two guys had no one to watch after them or give directions. Three times I came down, three times they were "resting" staring at their mobile phones. They estimated in advance 3h and it took around 6h, close to midnight. And they even didn't finish, leaving a closet in the old apartment for the next day, which of course the guy never came back as he said.<br><br>They scratched floors (They never pull out a moving blanket) They scratched furniture, the staircase, stain the bed...<br><br>EVERYTHING WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING, EXHAUSTING, FRUSTRATING. Better find other company or spend that money with some friends who can help you out.
