I had a problem with a hot water tank. Amalo came out quickly and replaced it with a better model. Per and his partner did it quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied.
I have had the Panasonic Smart solution installed - I have generally been very satisfied with the solution, which has saved us a lot compared to our old heating system. However, one thing in particular stands out in a positive way... the installation... it ran really smoothly and smoothly, and everything was done at the agreed time. At 6:30 in the morning the heat pump was delivered - at 8:00 there were 2 plumbers and an electrician outside the door, and at 3:00 pm the old oil boiler and tank were removed, and the new system was installed. The next day a man came and cleaned up, and took the old parts with him. It all worked out at the agreed price - however, the installation was missing real earth, which the electrician installed for a small 1500,- extra (still within the agreed time). Thumps up from here, and satisfied customers...
Huge recommendation from here :D Had the offer from Amalo lying around for a while, I will admit...and then when the gas bill came at the beginning of January and the boiler wasn't the newest, I jumped at the chance...and I haven't regretted it for a single second. It must be a joy to work for a place like AMALO, or as a subcontractor for them...because everything works like clockwork, and everything has gone as promised...They came on time, they were finished on time. I can only recommend Amalo, and there is no reason to wait.
Super service from the first offer to setup to information. Today I was in contact with Lasse from Amalo. When I had some questions. I got a quick answer. Extremely competent customer advice and easy to understand. Can only "warmly" recommend this company.
We have had a heat pump installed from Amalo. There were a few problems along the way, but their technician Per got it all under control and the director himself called and checked, so fortunately they were very solution-oriented. Their salesperson Jes was really good at guiding and explaining the process up to and they regularly send emails for information with links to various things like craftsman deductions, BBR, etc.
