Broberg Carpentry

In our homeowners' association we have used Broberg's carpentry company to find a water intrusion and replace the roofing felt. The work that has been done is so poorly done, and so wrong according to two impartial professionals. Broberg has offered help to fix the problem, but disappears at regular intervals. Stay away from him. It will never be good..

I can in no way recommend Broberg Tømrerentreprise! We received an offer from Nikolai, which we accepted, as he seemed committed and professional at the meeting. We were supposed to replace two front doors, which was done, but we had problems with one door being difficult to both close and lock. In addition, there are yellow marks all the way around one door on the door frame, which Nikolai refuses to take responsibility for. And we are missing the key needed to make more keys. The deadbolt was damaged during the installation of one door, and the new deadbolt is oversized, but Nikolai will not immediately enter into a dialogue with the supplier. For months, we have been waiting for new locks from Nikolai, as we cannot live with only three keys, but Nikolai does not answer our calls, SMS or emails, while I regularly receive messages from Snapchat that Nikolai has added new information to his public history. The sweet life in the fast lane apparently attracts more than satisfied customers. I'm tired of fighting with Nikolai about unfinished business, but I simply refuse to give up! 👿

I had Nikolaj visit to install a new door. The result speaks for itself. Super professional, empathetic and skilled. I definitely know that I have found my carpenter for future projects.

I called Broberg Tømrerentreprise to remove a cabinet from the kitchen and install a dishwasher. The carpenter arrived on time, removed the cabinet and drilled the holes. Then another day the plumber came and connected the pipes. Afterwards the building office came and checked the installation and said that a drypbakke needs to be installed under the machine. I called the carpenter and he told me to send pictures of the machine. I did but did not get an answer. I wrote him again and he replied "I am busy". I wrote a week later and he said "I can come next week". I asked which day and he did not reply. Finally today he came and fixed the drypbakke issue. He is very friendly and nice, but very busy at the same time (especially for small jobs).
