Avoid this company if you can!!

We were recommended Vestegnens Vinduer by our friends. When they had new windows and were happy and satisfied with the service. We have now had the windows and door in the conservatory replaced in the spring, and now 3 large windows in the house. We have been satisfied with everything. Right from the advice about the windows to the new windows being installed. Nice and nice craftsmen, they cleaned up nicely after themselves, you could hardly tell they had been there. Nice to have a team of craftsmen who work well together. We had David's team both times, great you get the same craftsmen both times. Can only recommend Vestegnens Vinduer.

Great experience with Bjarne - all agreements kept, super nice work and professional communication. I have had my two facades replaced more than twice.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Asked to have an older but well-functioning wet room fan installed in the bathroom and a balcony door that was difficult to close fixed. The fan has been installed before, but after replacing the facade, a hole was missing in the facade for the fan. Vestegnens vendes has now made a hole and put the fan in and "fixed" the balcony door in 1 hour (the wife was at home and could take the time and hear the fan running several times while the light switch for the bathroom was turned on and off), and then the "craftsman" leaves with "finished" work. Unfortunately, my wife did not check the work while the craftsman was there, as she was doing her own work from home (the craftsman also did not offer, as a proper craftsman would do, to show his work before he left). The fan is now installed in the wall, but no longer works after they put it in. It is dead. And the balcony door is now easy to open and close, but it goes against a proud part of the terrace half-roof. We call Vestegnens vendes to complain about the work and are told that the work has already been done, there will be a bill for 2 hours, even though it only lasted 1 hour, that it is not their fault that the fan no longer works, and we have to get an electrician at our own expense. "It could have burned out", as I am told. Jojo, but it is in the care and handling of your "craftsman", my dear friend! If only the "craftsman" had just told us that it suddenly doesn't work anymore and that the balcony door now goes against the post a little and an explanation. Instead, he just goes and takes extra time for it. That is not right! I will never have anything to do with them again and have asked for the bill, which I will probably have to pay, because my life is too short to have small outstanding debts with them, but the bill and the story will make its rounds in various Facebook groups, especially in the western region and in special closed forums around. Good luck with cheating others in the future. It won't be me and those who read reviews first. PS to everyone: Remember cyber security.
