I want to leave a review about Valdemar, a consultant who helps with buying real estate in Denmark. My wife and I decided to buy a house and found an option that we really liked. We saw Valdemar's ad in the Facebook group "Ours in Denmark" and decided to contact him. From the first communication, it became clear that he was well-versed in all the processes and nuances. At the initial stage, Valdemar explained in detail what and how to do, and after the loan was approved, he took full responsibility for our case. He personally came to inspect the house, after which he managed to significantly reduce the price - this was a very nice bonus. Throughout the entire process, he helped with communication with the realtor, supervised the preparation of all documents and accompanied us at every step. In fact, there are a lot of different nuances in buying a house in Denmark, and a person who understands this is really necessary. It is very easy to make a mistake at some stage.
