Architect & Studio Schmidt

I invited Valdemar to check all the documents of the house and support the purchase and sale. We chose the house ourselves but wanted to be sure that everything was in order with the documents, so we played it safe. He provided the support professionally and helped to sort out all the details. I recommend it, since you are taking the house once and for a long time, so don't spare money for a specialist.

We are satisfied with the cooperation with Valdemar Schmidt. We received clear and understandable explanations for all our questions. Communication was fast, pleasant and open, and all agreements were fulfilled on time. We especially appreciate his competence and high-quality approach to work. We highly recommend 👍🏻

We are very pleased with the cooperation with Valdemar. He was in touch with us 24/7, for which we are infinitely grateful! If you want to buy a house safely and without nerves, then contact him.

We sincerely thank Valdemar for the extremely great help to our family. We turned to him in the process of preparing documents for buying a house. The matter seemed ordinary and formal. But we had a completely unpredictable situation, the bank refused to issue a loan, when all the documents for the right of ownership had already been signed. It was just some kind of violence. But Valdemar showed extraordinary professionalism and just ordinary humanity and decency. He acted for the result. His actions and decisions were as fast as possible. In one day He found us a new bank, which issued us another loan. That is, He made the impossible Possible!!! And we did get our house😊. At the same time, He simply fought a real battle with the bank for our rights, then with the seller's lawyers, who did not understand our situation and demanded the immediate return of the keys. So this is a person who always goes for the result and is always for you, that is, with Him you will receive tremendous support, that everything WILL BE GOOD😊 and of course 100% RESULT!!!

I want to leave a review about Valdemar, a consultant who helps with buying real estate in Denmark. My wife and I decided to buy a house and found an option that we really liked. We saw Valdemar's ad in the Facebook group "Ours in Denmark" and decided to contact him. From the first communication, it became clear that he was well-versed in all the processes and nuances. At the initial stage, Valdemar explained in detail what and how to do, and after the loan was approved, he took full responsibility for our case. He personally came to inspect the house, after which he managed to significantly reduce the price - this was a very nice bonus. Throughout the entire process, he helped with communication with the realtor, supervised the preparation of all documents and accompanied us at every step. In fact, there are a lot of different nuances in buying a house in Denmark, and a person who understands this is really necessary. It is very easy to make a mistake at some stage. I am very glad that I turned to Valdemar, and not to deal with all the documents myself. He did his job perfectly. I definitely recommend him as a reliable and professional assistant.
