I used Key Arki in connection with the legalization of an extension to my summer house – and it has been a great experience. I had an initial meeting with Kenny, who offered to take control from the start, so I didn't have to mess with the municipality myself. Everything was explained in a way that I always knew what was going to happen and when. Communication was quick and easy, and I felt well supported throughout. It is clear that Kenny has a handle on his profession, and at the same time he was easy to talk to. It made the process much more manageable for me. I can definitely recommend Key Arki if you need help with drawings, permits or legalization.

Jeg og min kone har boet i vores elskede hus i over 40 år. I forbindelse med salget af huset, stødte vi på en udfordring med BBR-registreringen. Køberen krævede, at oplysningerne blev bragt i orden – blandt andet fordi vi for mange år siden havde indrettet første sal med stue, soveværelse og toilet. Det var der dog ikke fuldt registreret i BBR. Jeg prøvede selv at få det rettet ved at kontakte kommunen. Jeg målte op og lavede tegninger, men det viste sig hurtigt, at det ikke var så ligetil. Kommunen begyndte at skrive frem og tilbage og henviste til alle mulige paragraffer og regler, som ærligt talt er umulige at forstå for almindelige mennesker som os. Efter mange mails, frustrationer og nogle søvnløse nætter, måtte jeg erkende, at jeg ikke kunne klare det alene. Jeg begyndte derfor at lede efter en fagmand, som kunne hjælpe os – og heldigvis faldt jeg over Kenny fra Key Arki Arkitekterne. Jeg skrev til ham, og han tilbød at komme forbi til en uforpligtende snak. Vi sendte ham på forhånd alt det, vi havde fået fra kommunen, så han kunne sætte sig ind i sagen. Da Kenny kom ud, var det tydeligt, at han havde forberedt sig grundigt. Han forklarede os tingene i et sprog, vi kunne forstå, og tilbød at tage over og stå for den videre kontakt med kommunen. Han gav et overslag på både timer og pris, og det virkede helt rimeligt. Efter cirka fire uger fik vi besked om, at sagen nu var løst – og BBR var blevet opdateret. Det hele var klaret uden bøvl, og tilmed brugte han færre timer, end han havde regnet med. Huset blev solgt lige bagefter.
