When we urgently needed to install a shower toilet, we contacted Finn Hansen. They solved the task extremely professionally and quickly - in less than 24 hours, we had a new toilet, connected to electricity and super nicely cleaned up. Can highly recommend Finn Hansen.

Not a good experience. Used them to replace a dripping valve on a heat exchanger. It was done OK, but because the system was screwed on, the water runs out less than 8 hours after it has been running, which is a bit noticeable. A complaint is filed, and a new fitter is sent to repair the consequential damage. So instead of a bill of 3300 kr for replacing the valve, an additional bill of 1300 kr is sent. When contacting "customer service", FH admits that they have misjudged and that more should have been changed on the first visit, but "they don't change just for the sake of changing" or "if it's broken don't fix it", and FH takes no responsibility for this. "It's probably also better with an extra visit - it increases revenue by 40%" Can NOT recommend the company.

Not a good experience. Had a water pump replaced, the price of the pump was around 2000kr, the installer, FH, chooses to add approx. 75% more so it ends up at 3600kr with a justification for ordering and bookkeeping costs. They also charge full hourly rates for transport. When contacting the company, “customer service” started with a question if I even know that the company is located in Esbjerg. Can not recommend the company under any circumstances.
