Doesn't answer the phone when you call during business hours and is very rude when you call and talk to them.
Opening hours that are being reduced more and more. Fees that only benefit the shareholders and the commission-paid employees. If you have a safe, you have to take time off work to use it, but as the "friendly" cashier said: "you can just cancel it". The machines often do not work. It is difficult to deposit notes and especially coins. I have experienced several customers contacting them about machines that do not work. A "service-minded" employee informs them all that the machines work without errors. Is it fair that only private banking customers and then the sweet customers in the Baltics get decent service???
They don't accept money and you can't exchange money. In terms of advice, it's a waste of money to be in a Danish bank.
Slaves for those who work during the day. Take time off to go to the bank
Couldn't open a bank account, and was hardly getting any answers on how I can achieve it, the ladies working there didn't know almost anything I was asking for, keep telling me to call this or that number.
