God service
I had a bad experience with a female employee who I feel tried to cheat me and was rude. It should be added that this is the second time I have experienced a similar situation with the same clerk. I needed to borrow the carpet cleaner, and the paper that you have to fill out says that it costs 150 kr. per day. The clerk asks for 160 kr., to which I ask if the price has increased. She replies "yes, I think so". I point out to her that it says 150 kr. on the form itself. She then says that she does not want to discuss and that it costs 160 kr. Bad customer service.
It is extremely, extremely rare that I experience a store that does not address its customers. 2 times now, I have experienced being in the store, to find oil paint for painting, where I could not catch a clerk. I do not know if they were busy helping others, or what the reason could be. One thing is for sure, I will not just pass by for the time being. Unfortunately.
Great service
Bad advice. We bought 10l p25 wall paint, stated that the surface to be painted was a Flügger 25. Which was not a problem. Now it seems that the paint does not bond to the surface, which is why we contact Farveland. Dan says that we will probably have to sand the surface. We threw 1100kr worth of paint at the landfill and bought a Dyrup. The result and conclusion from the painter! There was something wrong with the paint. This was rejected by Farveland. Our rating is one star, 2 times the size.
