Well organised, always friendly staff. As I only speak English it is lovely that I get a smile and the staff will speak English with me. It makes a difference and makes me feel welcome. I feel safe when I go to collect my items.
Wrong item initially handed out. Had to advise and it was changed for right item. Girl at desk seemed to not want to be there and in addition to dealing with customers had to go off and find order/correct. She needed help and support and more energy and rapport dealing with click and connect customers
Great selection, but more floor help would be better😊
