Regarding water damage/Insurance case. Extremely poor service, Recover has now spent 2.5 months dehumidifying our bathroom and various walls around it. The drying time could be halved if they wanted to remove the tiles from the walls, but no.. We insist that it is still wet under the floor in our second bathroom, but “wise” Bo says that it is not. The plumbing department has determined that there IS wet under the second floor, which Bo now believes needs to be dehumidified, despite a colleague of Bo telling us that the floor should be taken up! I wonder if we will have to dehumidify for 2 more months…!!! I have never experienced worse service!!!!
Super friendly staff!👍 Good at dealing with difficult situations. Unfortunately, I met them in connection with a fire, but when it finally comes to that, the experience with Recover has been superb. Helpful and understanding.
