Very disappointing experience with FitnessX Jagtvej Esbjerg. My wife and I cancelled our memberships well in advance and in accordance with their policy, before leaving Denmark, and the system appears to have registered the cancellation incorrectly. Despite explaining the situation clearly and pointing out that we cannot even use the gym anymore because we have left the country, the staff showed zero willingness to help or find a reasonable solution. Instead of looking into the issue properly, they simply repeated their cancellation policy and refused to take any responsibility for what may have been a system error. Customer service felt cold, inflexible, and dismissive. A small gesture of understanding would have kept us happy to return as members in the future. Instead, we were charged for an extra month we cannot use. Would not recommend if you expect fair treatment or helpful support when problems arise.
I like this gym. It has great equipment, but it's very dirty.
It's a nice place and the yin yoga class I was in was good. I walked around a bit trying to figure out the machines, but I think there's someone who works there who can introduce me to them.
I'm really good at that.
I love this gym. It is small but has pretty much everything you will need. I would love it if they get a SkiErg machine as well but other than that i really can't complain.
