IT IS DONE

It was the first time I used a professional cleaning company in Denmark, and it was a really good experience. When I was moving out of my apartment in Herning, I chose IT IS DONE for the move-out cleaning. The result was impressive. The apartment was actually in better condition than when I got the keys. When the inspector came the next day for the move-out inspection, he was completely surprised and asked: "Did you clean it yourself?" I was about to say yes to get all the praise! 😄 But of course I told him that it was IT IS DONE who had been in charge of the cleaning. The inspector even asked for their contact information, which I was happy to pass on. I can highly recommend IT IS DONE to anyone who needs a thorough and professional move-out cleaning. I will definitely use them again the next time I have to move.

I can only give my warmest recommendations. From day one, working with David and IY IS DONE has been professional, reliable and incredibly easy. They are always punctual, work thoroughly and leave the cottage in perfect condition. One of the things I appreciate most is their proactive approach. They think for themselves, see things that need to be fixed, and take the initiative so that you never have to follow up. After each cleaning, they document the work with photos, which gives great security, especially when you are not on site yourself. Communication is fast and clear, and they are always helpful. In addition, they are incredibly nice people who are happy to help with small extra errands if needed. It makes a huge difference when renting out a cottage.. I need to see that all guests always rate them 5 out of 5. If you are looking for a cleaning company that is proper, reliable, flexible and delivers a service far beyond what is expected, I can highly recommend them.

I can highly recommend them! Everything is super clean, and you can really tell they clean with care and attention to detail. It’s not just a quick clean, they genuinely care about doing a great job. What I appreciate even more is how adaptable they are. Having a chemical-free, toxin-free, and sustainable home is very important to me, and they fully support that. They happily work with my preferred cleaning products and respect the way I want my home to be cleaned. On top of that, they are the sweetest people. They’re friendly, reliable, and bring such a calm energy into the house. I’m so grateful to have found them.

They cleaned our house very quickly and professionally, they also offered to clean the windows outside. I didn't even know the windows were that dirty. It feels like there are no windows anymore! Very good job. Thank you.
