I do not recommend Sebra Interiors. We bought a bed that cost over €1,000, advertised as a high-quality piece meant to last for years. Unfortunately, the paint started peeling off—surprisingly, while we were away from home for a month. When we contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility, blaming us instead of acknowledging the issue might be due to poor paint quality. Even though the product comes with a five-year guarantee, they only offered to send us some paint, which is far from a proper solution. After reading other reviews, I see we’re not the only ones experiencing similar problems. It seems Sebra is consistently avoiding responsibility when issues arise. Big shame for a brand selling premium products.
We bought an expensive bed, and after using it in the first height setting and having to move the base down, the bed had large deep marks where the “carrier holder” had been. And these marks are now visible. Customer service writes that we have treated and assembled the bed correctly and that such marks are to be expected when the bed is made of wood!!! Therefore, I cannot recommend others to spend money on products from Sebra
