Good service
I have never experienced similar treatment to what my parents received when they ordered a new kitchen from JKE this summer. They started setting up the kitchen at the end of the summer holidays, and they are still not finished. None of the employees have a handle on anything, and my parents have had to contact and coordinate between the craftsmen themselves to get some work done. They now expect to be finished in week 51, that is, half a year after the kitchen started being set up....... I have NEVER experienced such poor service!!!!
