Garden & Landscaping v/Steen Mortensen

My husband had an appointment with Steen that was not kept. My husband tried to call but Steen didn't pick up. I called later because he didn't know my number and he picked up right away. I couldn't make a new appointment because Steen hung up after he called me a flabet. I barely managed to say anything and had a hard time understanding/hearing what he was saying. So I was obviously flabet because I asked what he said. It was clear from his tone that he was running away from the appointment. It was unpleasant to be addressed like that when we didn't know each other or had spoken before. Unfortunately, not recommended

Good experience, and expectations were fully met. And there was always good dialogue regarding the details of the task.

It went well enough at first. We had trees removed and Corten steel installed in our front garden. He was gone for a few days without giving any notice - but we just thought he was probably busy with something else - so it was OK on our part. The subsequent promised filling of soil did not happen. The subsequent agreement to submit a quote for the restoration of the fire pit was never submitted, despite several reminders. The subsequent verbal agreement to plant 40 meters of Spruce bushes was not complied with, even though he had ordered the plants. We received a copy of the order by email. An inquiry for a quote for the construction of a lawn was not submitted. Several phone calls - at least 20 we think - were/are not answered - and voice messages were/are not responded to either. Several emails were/are not answered either. Mailbox destroyed due to felling of trees, which we also had a clear agreement to replace, has not happened. His sign is still standing on our property..... or was..... because now we have completely given up and have removed it. It is really sad...... We are actually a little indifferent to the fact that he has not - as promised - replaced the mailbox. We are much more tired of him not keeping his agreements and not answering - neither by phone nor by email. We have been very patient in the hope of a reaction from Steen Mortensen - but it did not come. We must admit that we cannot fully understand how a company can be run in this way. We have tried to get hold of Have & Anlæg v/Steen Mortensen since November - both by phone and by email - but we have not been successful. Formidable good effort!. Good communication and compliance with all agreements. Enjoyable acquaintance. Great precision despite great physical distance to the workplace!

I contacted Steen Mortensen when I wanted a quote for a garden. The first time we had an appointment, he cancelled. The second time he didn't come and didn't let me know. I contacted him and made an appointment again, but he didn't come the third time and didn't let me know either. Now I've given up.
