Bad service would give 0 stars if possible, should have opened a deposit account for family reunification had saved up the money myself that had to be deposited into the deposit account they wouldn't help with that and the advisor kept saying it wasn't my money but borrowed money my two witnesses were sent out because the advisor thought we should talk about my finances which has no relevance to what I needed help with booked a meeting to set up a deposit account not to talk about finances experienced that my advisor didn't listen to what I said and told me she just kept saying no we can't help fortunately danish bank wanted to help me and gave me incredibly good service and took the time to open a deposit account help fill in everything that had to be filled in and sent will never recommend nykredit to anyone nykredit is a bank you should stay away from

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Boyfriend (who is Danish) rang about a mortgage for a house a few days before we were supposed to sign for another one with another bank. Nykredit promised we would be able to get a loan for the house we really wanted, so we cancelled the signing of the other. The bank then rings up later saying no they won't be giving us a loan for it at all as we're too high risk, and all but laughs at him for even suggesting it!

Extremely poor service. Appointments were postponed and postponed again and again. Was promised a loan offer within 1 week. Then another 6 weeks passed despite several inquiries. We found another bank in the meantime.
