Firstly, you are bad at talking to each other when you send people out to the customer, the man doesn't know what he's going to do until you get home and see what he's doing and you say it's not what we agreed on and when you also have a fixed price that you then run away from when you tell them there's water on the wall out to the garage, you call and say they'll look out and do something about it, do pressure tests and that and then you look at it for a few days and say what they've done has helped and then when the government comes, yes, it's also mine for their fault and you make him aware of it and the answer is just that it must have been your washing machine but he just doesn't know that the days it was taken off there was still water in the wall and you measure it up, check with the box they connect the water to but it's my fault then just say be careful out there, they can't be counted on once you've said yes.
Good guidance, fair price and done on time. My warmest recommendation.
