We discovered a leaking pipe in our basement in November 2024 and called E. Skov Jørgensen, which is located 10 minutes away from our address. It must be said that it was on a Sunday, so of course we were aware that it would be more expensive than on a weekday. The company came and repaired the damage, and I would guess that it took half an hour at most, because it was a minor leak. However, the repair did not require materials for more than just over DKK 200, since it was only a sleeve and a fitting. So we were happy when the damage was repaired. We were not so happy, however, when the bill appeared. All amounts are incl. VAT: - 2 working hours, DKK 1,350 - 2 overtime hours DKK 625 - Call-out fee DKK 3,125!!! - Driving approx. DKK 120 (because they have expensive tools in the car?) All in all, a total bill of DKK 5,569?!? I contacted the company several times, but they never called me back as promised. Finally, I sent an email, pointing out my dissatisfaction and that I was considering going to the Consumer Complaints Board. The director himself, who was incredibly rude and probably should have stuck to maintaining locums etc., replied. He offered to cut DKK 1,250 off the bill if we could close it there, but I refused. This brought us down to DKK 4,300 for a maximum of 30 minutes of work, and I think that's just robbery - even on a Sunday. We could pay the bill, but what if it was a pensioner? Quite simply, some scum. The case will go to the Consumer Complaints Board, and I highly recommend others to get a fixed price before making an agreement with him.

Really angry and unappealing person that they sent out to the residents association. This company apparently is not for small jobs. So unless you have a large district heating pipe that needs to be dug down... find another company.
