I now like Trust and have been a customer here for a few years now, but I am disappointed with your personal insurance. You get a bad grade from AES but you want to form your own, so it all drags on and you hear nothing from you and you don't get a response to your messages from you, I can currently NOT recommend personal insurance from you to others, the other insurances I have with you are now completely good, we are well covered there and a good help when we need it, but not on your personal insurance.
